This is the western way of Chinese Acupuncture.
Chinese way is to use long sharp needles.
Western way is to use your two fingers to tap on acute points of the body.

A newly wed couple moved in my neighbourhood recently.
They were so loving and seems to do good things for each other.
They drove into their garage and the husband came out of the car to open the door for the wife to come out. I was watching them and feeling good too.
Oh...what a gentlemen he is.
From behind I heard my friend says, "The man opens the car door for the wife to come out, that means either the wife is new or the car is new"
Why do you say that, I asked back.
You see, both the car and the wife is new.

How To Stay Slim.

My Mom always say, when you are slim, don't over eat.
Once you are over weight, it is very difficult to slim back again.
Well, my best friend is very very thin. I am a little over weight.
He eats more meals than me, takes five bowls of rice while I can only consume two bowls.
He can two kilos of mutton for a single meal while I can only eat a small slice.
He drinks three bottles of coke at a single meal while I can hardly finish a bottle of coke.
For years he has been so skiny thin while I have a had time to slim in shape.
What is actually happening to both of us? He wants to put on weight but cannot.
I am just the opposite.
Why?
Recently I came across a doctor with a proven method of getting slim but I am not convince.
I want to know whether it is true before I try it out.
I don't trust her testimonies cos they might not be true.
I wonder if you friends out there have any ideas or maybe have tried it out, please tell me the truth.

Water Is Health

Surprised to know that water can heal all types of body dieseases.
At first thought, it might be temperature water.
Means that water is heated up to a certain temperature before it can be used.
Maybe so so only.
Then on further findings, it seems that water particles are responsible for health.
Young people especially children, they like to drink cold water.
Everything they drink, they like to put ice cubes into it.
Ice cola, ice lemon tea, ice coffee, ice fruit juices, and even plain ice water.
What about the elderly.....
They drink everything hot.
Like hot milo, hot tea, hot coffee, and even hot plain water.
Now why the difference.
I once asked a couple of old folks and the answers I get seems almost alike.
They said hot liquids or just plain hot water is very much easier to consume than cold stuffs.
Now under a microscope, view a drop of hot water.
What do u see?
The water substance or cells looks rounded.
Now if you were to view a drop of hot water, what do you see?
It looks like L shape and it's smaller in size.
Now does that look like hot water is easier to consume?
Make a guess......

regular checkups.

Certainly as we grows older, we need to keep a watchful eye on our health.

Recently my health seems to be irregular. I feel a heavy head for a short while and then the rest of the day seems normal.
It do happens in the morning.
I do regular light stretching exercise every morning.
Then I would go for a long walk to my office where I work on my computer.
My work is also very light.
It dont involve heavy lifting.
Mostly typing away on the computer.

I still do enjoy doing the 5 rites exercises.
It only takes about 10 minutes of your time doing it.
It seems light but for those who are new will find your body sweating.

I just started working on my website.
I design it myself.
This is my first design and also my first website.
I do hope someone who reads my blog will give me some comments on my website.
