3 steps simple ancient exercises

What is Meridians?
Meridians is the great discovery in traditional Chinese medicine of 2500 years ago.
It was definitely pointed out in Huangdinneijing, an ancient medical classic, that meridians has the function of "promoting circulating of energy and blood and balancing Ying and Yang", and determing death and life and treating various diseases, which means that meridians, as the control system of human body, has the function of preventing disease and promoting health and longivity. However in western medicine, meridians has not been discovered so far, and even is denied of it's existence, far from being used to treat and prevent diseases. That is really a regretable matter.

How is the Existence of Meridians Confirmed?
Through more than 20 years' effort, scientists from Biophysics Institute of China Academy of Sciences and Beijing Yanhuang Meridian Research Center finally found 3 biophysical methods to demonstrate that the 14 meridians of human body could be determined. The results are surprisingly identical with that written in ancient classical meridian graph. The meridian lines determined by 3 methods all have morphologic basis.

What is Meridian Exercises?
Meridian exercise is a secret recipe for health and longivity. To promote people's health and longivity, Prof Zhu Zongxiang of Beijing Yanghuang Meridian Research center has designed the 3 meridian exercises which is easily practised and effective for everyone, and can prevent and treat diseases. While waiting for my programs/softwares to arrive.......
I like to share with all friends about my dreams.....real dreams.......
I had this same dream 3 times already but in different times of my life.
The first time happens 2 years ago. I dreamt of all types of insects crawling all
over my naked body.

The second time was two years ago. I dreamt of only one type of insects
crawling all over my naked body. And I woke up feeling uneasy all day.

And recently this year, I dreamt of only one insect crawling all over my naked body.

All these while, I am wondering what's going to happen to my life.
I have read a number of books on dreams but I just could'nt find any answers on these
same dreams. Why must I have similiar dreams at an interval?

Recently I came across a nice book on dreams.
